RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase. If you are returning due to a defect, we will need proof of that.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@williamsdesignz.com, and in the subject line put return with your order number (e.g. Return – #1234). Provide a clear photo or video of the issue. If there are multiple products then please put them all in the same image or video so we can see it.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item due to our negligence, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

At this time we do not allow for exchanges but please contact us about your situation and we will do our best to help.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received all necessary proof of the issue and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you are looking for is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

SHIPPING POLICY

Turnaround:
All orders are shipped after fulfillment within 48 hours via FedEx or UPS and within 72 hours via USPS, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

Carriers:
We use the following carriers, UPS, USPS & FedEx to deliver our orders. FedEx or UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

Order Tracking
All orders that are being shipped will have a tracking #. We will update your order with the tracking number via email that you gave us. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. You can track your orders on our shipment tracking page or by going to your account page.

Shipping Rates:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders:
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
